Gutsy Goodness started as a little dream on a kitchen table, armed with gallons of special glue and glass cabochons, a lot of heart, and a mission to turn life’s most meaningful moments into keepsakes that people could hold close.
Over time, that dream blossomed into a full-blown business, and we were incredibly blessed to have a talented team of nine amazing people in San Diego who helped us build it from the ground up—packing boxes, assembling charms, and laughing through the occasional explosion of hundreds of glass beads spilling. Truly, we couldn’t have done it without them.
As much as we loved our time in Southern California, the winds began to shift. With changing circumstances in California (hello, skyrocketing everything), and a growing desire to be closer to family after 30 years away from our Oregon roots, we felt called to something new.
We dreamed of trees instead of traffic…
seasons instead of endless sunshine, and—let’s be honest—seeing deer outside our warehouse window instead of car exhaust.
So, in true Gutsy fashion, we made a quick decision, packed our entire 65-foot warehouse into a semi-truck (who knew how much bubble wrap we’d collected?), and headed north to a little slice of heaven in Southern Oregon.
Now, surrounded by nature and family, we get to do what we love…
